Seems like every country is on your list except the USA Which is where I am from. I thought the rooms was very clean and the young couple tried very hard to be accommodating. I would recommend it. It would be nice to receive emails in English but I understand this is Spain not America.

El WC un problema para las personas altas, no entran las piernas. Deberian avisar a los clientes que no se hablen por los pasillos a ciertas horas.Por lo demás todo bien.

Estuvimos tres días en Semana Santa y nos atendieron muy bien. El hostal está muy bien situado, justo al lado de la Plaza Mayor.Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no les falta de nada y lo mantienen todo muy limpio.

Perpecto para tu fin de semana en Madrid. Céntrico a lo que vas a hacer normalmente, comer y beber, pasear y comprar. Limpísimo , baño pequeño pero practico. Los dueños muy bien. Voy a repetir.

Comprendiendo que el espacio del baño en la habitación nº 3 ha de ser reducido por el tamaño de la misma, se echa en falta dentro de la ducha una balda o lugar donde poder colocar los geles. Así. como dentro del armario otra para colocar la ropa.

Lo recomendaría sin duda, no hemos tenido ningún problema. Está en el centro, muy bien situado al lado de la Plaza Mayor pero sin muchos ruidos. Tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación, tele, el baño muy bien... y el lugar da confianza.

Mi estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria, el único aspecto que no me ha satisfecho ha sido la conexión wi fi del hostal, que nunca he podido utilizar debido a unos errores de la red, así que recomiendo que la arreglen pronto.

Ubicación excelente. Habitación sencilla, limpia y baño pequeño pero suficiente para el aseo diario. El metro de Sol está a un paso. El único problema fue que nos dieron sólo dos llaves de la habitación (era una habitación triple).

Hôtel très bien situé, sur la jolie plaza Santa Cruz, près de la Plaza Mayor et de la Puerta del sol et de pleins de bons restos. Notre chambre était grande et propre, et le personnel accueillant. J'aurais cependant aimé qu'on nous informe que, pour l'utilisation du téléphone, il faut payer certains frais même si on utilise une carte d'appel (mais ce n'est pas très dispendieux, heureusement). Cet établissement encourage l'économie de l'eau potable et je trouve que c'est une bonne initiative. Cet endroit est sympathique et je vous le recommande!

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel, pile dans le centre. Possible de faire les visites de la ville í pied, sans avoir recours aux transports en commun. Quartier animé, pour ne pas dire bruyant, j'ai souvent été réveillée... Très pratique : possible de prendre le petit déj au café du coin, juste au rez-de-chaussée, pour +/- 3 EUR. Chambre relativement étroite, mais propre et pratique. Petite suggestion : une carpette í la salle de bain ne serait pas du luxe (chbre 13), car même en faisant attention en prenant sa douche, il y a beaucoup d'éclaboussures. Sinon, personnel très sympa. Si je retourne í Madrid, je séjournerai certainement í nouveau dans cet hôtel.
